Call of Duty: Warzone Season 3 Weapon Nerfs and Upgrades

With the Call of Duty: Warzone Season 3 being in full swing, it is no wonder that the creators of the popular franchise are looking to mix things up a bit. That will include the next major update and its square focus on the weapons that are accessible in the game. Those primarily include guns that currently feel overpowered or provide some other unfair advantage. In this insanely popular multiplayer FPS game, the choice of weapons is one of the key elements of the gaming experience. Thus, having a weapons pick that is overly powerful means that players are pigeonholing their choices into a small group of gun alternatives. When that happens, the entire community of players quickly ends up with one of those choices, never even trying the other guns on offer. That naturally creates a negative gaming space and robs from the experience that both novice and veteran games get in Warzone. Luckily, the incoming Season 3 update will resolve many of the currently burning issues when it comes to some gun choices being overpowered.

Influx of Guns from Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War

Big in-game events from the recent past of Call of Duty: Warzone mean that there has been an influx of weapons from Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. Moments like Verdansk getting nuked got these guns to Warzone. But, like often in the past, players who began using these guns found them not just good but also slightly too powerful. That led to some of them being labeled OP or overpowered in the Warzone gaming community. Thus, a lot of players immediately migrated to the same guns and brought about a new level of dullness to the matches. However, as Call of Duty: Warzone is still one of the most popular battle royale games on the planet, the developers and operators of the title had to do something. The same set of changes redefined many of the weapons and thus balanced the game out to a greater extent.

Update and Changes

On April 28, 2021, Raven Software revealed on their Twitter account that the latest update of Warzone is live. It came with several general changes, which include the reduced size of first and second circles for the Verdansk Resurgence. The update also fixed a range of issues and bugs. However, the big news everyone has been waiting for was the nerfs for the weapons. Raven Software took on a process of balance adjustment for these guns: Bullfrog,  CR-56 AMAX, and FARA 83. These also have a range of their statistical elements, like damage, rate of fire, and so one adjusted by the game developers so that none of them are too powerful. Some might have even gotten some minor improvement, but overall, all of these became less deadly in some shape or form. Besides, the team also took a look at the attachments that come from Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. These saw primarily the change to their ADS Firing Speed. That too should nerf the guns to make them less effective with these attachments. They will also dissuade all players who became too reliant on them and found combos that make Warzone guns more inclined towards overpowered alternatives than actual choices that have their benefits and drawbacks.

Finding Help with Call of Duty: Warzone Season 3

It is certain that many players will not be thrilled with the latest changes Raven Software added to the Call of Duty: Warzone Season 3 ecosystem. That, in particular, includes those who invested a lot of time and effort into getting the Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War attachments and weapon load-outs only to see them become a lot less effective. However, with the use of boosting services for Call of Duty: Warzone, anyone can get the help of professional FPS players in not only overcoming these latest nerfs but also getting many other benefits as well. Thanks to them, no one has to see their efforts go to vain. Through the use of these professional services, any goal or desire in Call of Duty: Warzone Season 3 and even subsequent expansions and seasons can be attained safely, quickly, and easily.
